My name is Samantha Weiner and I am the founder of Wellness by Samantha.

I am passionate about understanding the mind-body connection and taking a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I am committed to helping people heal from the inside out and I believe in integrative medicine through exploring our minds, bodies, and diets to achieve full body healing.

My journey to holistic health is personal. After a serious injury in high school, I struggled tremendously. I was left in constant pain and continuous inflammation for over 10 years, my mental health really suffered. I was frustrated and felt emblazoned by my anger. Thus began my journey of exploration.

I realized the power of nutrition. When I would eat contaminated gluten and processed sugar, my body with get inflamed and my mood would suffer. I began to take adaptogens + supplements to support my injury and wellbeing finding tremendous relief.

I realized that what we put into our bodies and what we do with our bodies directly impacts how we feel emotionally, mentally, and physically.


I grew incredibly passionate about mental health, nutrition, and yoga, and that is how my journey as a clinician began.

I received my Master’s in Clinical psychology and I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (#94527) specializing in anxiety and depression. I attended The Natural Gourmet Institute’s “Food Therapy” program in 2016 to better understand how food impacts mood and behavior. I completed my yoga teacher certification from YogaWorks in 2014 to learn ways to access, process, and move our bodies and trauma. My clinical background coupled with my passion for nutrition and movement has provided me with ways to understanding people and their stories, and help heal people through psychotherapy, nutrition, yoga, and meditation.

While I am passionate about health and wellness, I also love tasting new foods, being spontaneous, trying new things and traveling to new places.

I believe in ‘everything in moderation, including moderation.’

Wellness by Samantha is a place to understand how food impacts your mood and to find full body healing. I love giving alternatives to familiar favorites and teaching ways to enhance the nutrients in your meals. I look to food as medicine and love to use my kitchen as a pharmacy.
